We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
• Product must include original packaging and tags
• Product should not be damaged by misuse or handling after delivery

We offer free return shipping for eligible returns.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted for:

• Products damaged due to customer handling or misuse
• Products returned without original packaging or tags
• Personalized or customized items (if applicable)

  1. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

• Refunds may be processed through bank transfer or another approved method after verification

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging.
